Nice quiet campground with shade. The lanes are fairly tight and my 39' 5'ver filled up my site. Roads and pads are gravel, but they are wetted down frequently to keep the dust to a minimum. WI-FI would not connect in my trailer. The Durango train runs through the park which is nice. OK park, but it's not my favorite.
Nice, clean park with a very pleasant staff. Sites are gravel and mine was perfectly level. Wi-Fi is strong. No cable TV, but I was able to pick up over 40 strong channels over the antenna so no problem there. Closest to Mesa Verde, which is why we came. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Mesa Verde.
I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this park. It's a wide open parking area, kind of like a drive-in movie for RV's without the movie screen. Very clean, very wide spaces partially asphalt and partially concrete with an Arizona desert type flair. If you like trees, this isn't the place for you, but if you don't like dodging trees and other obstacles to get into a space, this is the place for you. Rates are very reasonable at $17 for fifth wheels and they have free laundry and even let you wash your RV if you want. If the timing is right, I'll be stay again on my way back home.
